Friday - rode to gym in the morning and then had a good hard session before riding to work...
had an early mark to head to Bateman's Bay for the long weekend with my partner, caching along the way...
Saturday
picked up my partner's boat, a 4.2m Savage, and headed out onto the Clyde River for some fishing and some caching...
no luck fishing but we did find a couple of caches!
head out into the Bay but it was pretty windy and choppy (it was only after we returned back to our accommodation to watch the AFL GF that we heard about the boat accident)...
made it back just in time to see the first goal kicked in the GF after 15secs....a tight game up until 3/4 time but the Cats blew us away in the last to run out deserved winners by 38pts...
had dinner at Hogs Breath which has moved to bigger better and more central premises since the last time I was there...
Sunday
it poured on & off overnight but I headed out just after 8am for my long run with a lull in the weather...needless to say that didn't last long and I was well and truly soaked by the time I finished!...I did an out & back run, making it nearly halfway across the Bay Bridge before returning...

we drove up to Sussex Inlet to do some more fishing, picking up a couple of caches along the way...
we actually dropped the boat off first and returned back to the edge of Conjola State Forest to find a cache hidden by Suze, it was a bit of an adventure and involved leeches!!
we returned to the Inlet to fish and didn't have much success although I caught two small fish - a leather jacket I jagged in the side (!) and a 15cm bream...
we watched the tail end of the NRL GF before heading back to the Bay, finding three more caches...
we actually picked up Chinese for dinner in Ulladulla and ate it 1.5hrs later after 10pm!!
today
we returned the boat to the people that look after it before finding a few more caches to finish off our stay...
