yesterday's gym session was good...did some caching at lunchtime again...
no bike riding this week as I've had a few things on after work and from tonight I'm animal sitting in Macgregor until Sunday...my legs notice the difference...will be good to get back into the routine next week...
today's run followed the same route as last week...over Commonwealth Ave bridge, around Lennox Gardens, around Central basin, up & over the pedestrian bridge near the fairy terminal and wound my way back through Acton to work...a bit slower than last week...
