another fitness assessment this morning...weight is up a little as you'd expect with a slack three weeks prior to last week...the good news is that my hydration levels are up and my muscle mass has remained the same...
I did an easy run at lunch...only a few spots of rain/drizzle...quite pleasant conditions actually...weird...legs were a little tight after last night's session but all good if slow...
