more physio this morning, things are progressing nicely (but not fast enough for me!!) with an increase in range of movement...I even got to play with a 1kg weight (puny!)...I have three more appointments booked at this stage for Friday this week, Wednesday & Friday next week...
got out for the run I planned to do yesterday...around the ANU, then the museum loop so I could run back and over the steep side of the peninsula, followed by the Commonwealth Ave bridge loop (out on the west side back on the east) before heading back in a roundabout fashion to work...bit breezy...

our game on the weekend has been moved to Sunday 10am so I'll be late to that one as I'm running the Canada Fun Run 10k...the following weekend's game has been moved to Sunday (12pm) as well...
it looks like I'm umpiring the Queanbeyan/ANU women's match at Harman on Saturday at 10am...I was down to do the Jets game but Jodie's going to take my place...

Nope, footy training is always at 5:30pm on any public holiday Monday so that's where I was!
