Longer than an hour...

yesterday I watched our Div 2s for a little while at Manuka (they lost 132 to 44 in the end) before heading over to Phillip to watch some women's rugby...one of my Jet teammates plays for Royals at fly-half and they nearly had an upset win over last season's premiers Uni-Norths, going down 10-7 after leading 7-5 at half time...

did some caching (8) either side of the spectating...

today I did my longest run for a while, heading out for 90mins...took the opportunity to run around the new suburb of Casey...cooled down with a 25min walk home from where my time was up...
