the final countdown begins for the Weston Creek HM...I have run this course once before (last year) in 1:44:05...aiming for 1:45 or better this time...this will be HM #16...

1:41 would be better, better than better, and satisfying.
This one is closer to home so you will probably run faster than other halves.
