2 x 6 x 40sec efforts on 2mins (jogging back to start of effort)...1st lot using the lower paths (below "the" hill & the oval)...the 2nd lot using the gravel paths above the oval....alternating direction for each effort...I was reasonably consistent with the turn around point for each effort...
