Baseball and golf update

we squeaked home to win baseball on Saturday 7-6 over the Indians...I had a go at playing shortstop (didn't get to touch the ball in anger!) before going back to catcher for the last two innings...we need to keep winning to finish in the semis but a margin of more than one would be nice...that's three 1 run margin games in a row (1 loss, 2 wins)...

yesterday was the start of the Brindabella Shield pennant season...we played the defending champions (Queanbeyan) at Royal Canberra and managed to win 3/2 (teams of 5)...Suze (giving 11 shots) lost 4/3 and I (giving 8 shots) lost 1 down (the only match to go the distance)...in all we had to give 52 shots(!) as a team so a very good win...next week we have a round off for some reason which fits in perfectly with the Sprint Marathon Relay...
