warm up: 2.80k (lap of new PH then lap of old PH with a pause between the 2 laps)
we did the 40sec on/80sec off x 3 x 4 sets (set finished at the end of the 3rd 40sec)...walking/jogging to the new start point of each set so we started at a different corner each time (time between 1 & 2 - 1:48; between 2 & 3 - 1:34; between 3 & 4 - 3:07)...we used the lower grassy area
my rough "set" distances: 0.97k, 1.03k, 1.01k, 1.02k
warm down: 2.34k (down to the lake and back with a pause at the lake)
9.58k all up in 72:53...starting temp/humidity: 19.8/40%...
