pod espresso was back open for business this morning so I helped out until about 10:30am...then I head off on my MTB to do some caching - made it home just before 4pm!

covered Duntroon, Mt Ainslie and bike paths to the AIS before riding home via Kaleen...5 caches found all up...

tonight's speedygeese session was a very warm one - 31.3/13% humidity at the start...

warm up: partial lap to drink drop off (1.1k), back to stairs (0.7k), back to drink drop off (0.6k)

4 x 900m (100m easy/200m hard x 3) in own time...jogged through one lap to see where the cones were before starting...most chose not to have a break after each lap

my rough lap times: 4:14, 4:49, 5:01, 4:58

warm down: jogged extra lap then partial lap back to stairs (2.1k)

9.26k all up in 62mins...
