spent my weekend away in Sydney scoring at the SCG and getting to see the new Victor Trumper Stand opened as well as the statue to Stephen "Yabba" Gascoigne unveiled...a young Victor Trumper the 4th was there too...
rode to work this morning and then on to Parliament House after (I wanted to test my new bike rack!!)...

3 teams of 3 and 1 team of 4, roughly grouped according to speed - Ken/Gary/Katie, SG/Amanda/Helen, me/Cathy/Jodie, Alan/Ruth/Ewen/Margaret...in relays, using the top grass area, the effort was the diagonal downhill and then uphill to the changeover...12 repeats of that each for the teams of 3...recovery involved jogging the side while the others ran...
