I don't mind that I finished last (6th out of 6) in my category (W21E) or that I was about 14mins behind the category winner...it was great fun!
The course was measured at 7.2k with 7 controls...I covered 9.8k in 50:53...I really enjoyed the challenge - there was a fair bit of single track stuff but I only had to hop off my bike a couple of times...
Nearly ran over a snake between the last control and the finish - I don't know who was more startled!!...had about 8 'roos cross in front of me between controls 5 & 6...mum & dad came out to have a look and dad took some photos which, hopefully, he'll send to me soon...
really looking forward to tomorrow's event now that I had a little bit of familiarity with how it works...

That is a most impressive elevation graph. How about a training run around there on your next free day? Tuesday's not free because of the Spring Series, but there must be one free day this year?
