speedygeese @ Parliament House (carpark)

rode to work this morning in beautiful weather only for it only to head south later in the day...

caught the bus to Jodie's work & we arrived in the carpark just after 5:30pm...

attendees: SG, Ken, Katie, Helen, Miranda, Yelena, Jodie & me...

did 4 laps warm up (the others did 8) before we headed in to doing 6 x 2 smaller lap efforts (which was roughly at most 400m) with 1 smaller lap walk recovery...

my rough effort times: 98sec, 95sec, 92sec, 91sec, 90sec, 83sec (racing Ken & Katie)

did our warm down outside in a light sprinkle (~2k)...
