6 efforts (~340m, net uphill according to SG, with about 360m jog back to start) on 5mins...I tried to stick on Katie's tail!

warm down: not quite so big lap (1.31k)
entered the Ben Donohoe 6k Fun Run (9am 2 Nov)...Black Mountain Run Up tomorrow...orienteering is at The Pinnacle this week...
aiming for the 7 Lap Spiral, 800m & 3000m on Thursday night...

The speedygooo yoo missed was Mick C who is so quiet sometimes I suspect he's there every week and I don't always see him.
