Goal downgrading...

I was planning to run a course PB for the Canberra Times Fun Run (sub 47:08) on Sunday but I don't think my calf problem is going to make that possible...I tested it today at Customs and it was a struggle...

quite a good turnout in warm but quite windy conditions...

Rick H was holding the clock when I finished - he's in town for a week and will be doing the CTFR as usual...

tomorrow: golf + Jets Presentation (gotta frock up for this one!)...

icing my calf now and will take it easy until Sunday, hopefully i'll be able to go around in 50:00ish...

I hope it's OK. Maybe just a 'strain'? See how it is in the warm-up.

If OK, you could try 4:45-50s - still give you a chance of a course PB, but much safer than 4:25-30s.
