makes for a tiring day...
gym this morning involved a circuit after a jogging warm up...you had to work hard for 2.5 mins at each station...
this was my order: bike, rower, 1 leg squats (on wall), bridge/plank (surprisingly managed to do the full time!), leg curls (on swiss ball), bench press, shoulder press, walking lunges with twist (holding dumbbell), cuban press...
then we finished with a heap of core stuff (ugh) and some stretching (phew)...
thankfully Wendesday is a non-run day (doubt I could have managed one anyway)...
