Cool 50...

as I was running along I decided that I'm going to focus on maintaining/increasing my pace in the last third of my training runs...I will need to work on this with my long runs especially as the last few I did (admittedly these were in the late afternoon/early evening which is not my favourite times to do long runs) were a real struggle for the last 40mins...

it was quite cool with the apparent temp some three degrees lower than the registered temp due to wind chill etc...
