two warm up laps (1.13k & 1.13k) followed by 5 x 600m on 6 mins (in lane 2) followed by warm down (1.10k)...Ruth & Rachelle did their own thing while the rest of us did the faster stuff..
as per the 1ks, we did the first effort together and then were handicapped for the last four...
Jodie was the rabbit again...I think I caught her on 2 out of the remaining 4 with my handicap being 38secs, 38secs, 40secs, 33secs...it was a bit windy in the "uphill" straight for the last two efforts...in most instances Jodie, Neil & Al started in front of me with Matt & Colin behind...in the last I started with Al...

i'm not sure of Jodie's times (i will see if she remembers...edit: she does - 3:16, 3:09, 2:54, 3:14, 2:46)...my last time was fastest because (a) I started with Al & (b) it was the last...
all up 7.72k in 1:03:50...starting temp/humidity: 9.7/56%...
then it was off to footy training...a good session finished up with a cake (made by our club president's wife) for our player/coach who celebrated 100 ACTWAFL matches last weekend....the cake was yummy (the goal/point posts especially as they were jaffa chocolate)!...the "footy" was a kinder surprise...
