another great day for running...only drawback was the last 200m or so into the finish was quite muddy so you had to be a little careful (especially at my great "speed"!)...

Denis G missed his start (not his fault but the timekeeper's!) so started with me...his goal was to hang onto me to go sub 23:00 but he dropped off after a k and finished in 23:14...

happy to be achieving some sort of consistency...4 out of the last 5 runs have been sub 23:00 with the odd one out a 23:01 effort...

looking at the long weekend ahead, I'll either be playing golf tomorrow or watching Jodie make her umpiring debut at U18 level (it will depend if my finger will impede my grip or not)...

usual long run planned for Sunday and then maybe some caching on Sunday/Monday...
