rode to work again and managed to produce another pleasing run at lunch...I'm just going with the flow at the moment...

the first k isn't downhill!...interesting to note that today's avg HR was 10 less than yesterday but today's run felt even easier...
did the same route as last Wednesday (around the ANU & the Museum, loop back around to run up & over Acton Peninsula (to add another hill) then finish by running around the lake, under Commonwealth Ave bridge and then back up Commonwealth Ave into Civic)...
