it's a "recovery" week on the program so I'll just go straight to footy training...Jodie's also recovering from rib cartilage damage suffered in last weekend's match (she copped knees in the ruck and earned a free kick from which she kicked out first goal)....
tomorrow no Customs but aiming to do a 50min run with a 1hr40min run on Saturday, probably before golf...
we've got cricket friends visiting from Sydney so we will be going to the Brumbies tomorrow night and then hosting a BBQ Saturday night...
