well, there I was hoping to run about 23:30 only to smash that goal and set a new 5000m PB of 22:27.18!!

having Rachelle with a virtual target on her back made it a fun run and I busted a gut to catch her in the finish but she held me off with 22:26.40...what a great way to end the 2007/08 track season...
I stayed for the presentations as well...it was interesting to learn some more about other members of ACTVAC...
hopefully I'll be able to participate in the "High Noon" meets planned for May onwards...
