is the Vets 5000m championship and final track meet of the 2007/08 season...I think I will be chasing Rachelle (if I can't nobble her first!)...I hope to run somewhere around my PB given that I've been running 23:36-23:39 for Customs in recent weeks...
BootBox was moved to lunch today instead of yesterday...I ran down to it and then walked back...pretty tough session in the heat...
