(*turning around at 5min, aiming to finish past start)
Friday - Customs
Saturday - easy 40mins + golf
Sunday - easy 120mins + golf(?)

I'm very sorry about Jim.
Your running looks like it's going well, lots of long runs now will pay off later.
I'm thinking of doing your first leg at the bush run, I think that's the one with the nasty uphill that I still have issues with that must be resolved.
