i had to pick up some maps from Jamison for the Night O event on Saturday (i'm the organiser) and i also had to do a easy 50mins run so i ran to Jamison, got the maps and caught the bus back...

hadn't run the majority of this route before so it added some variety to my training...actually ran past the assembly area (on Bindubi St) for today's lunchtime Community Orienteering at Aranda Hill...
the 50mins was up only a block short of where i need to be so it worked out well...mostly steadily up hill so it was a good workout...
