Consistency reigns with PBs all round...

arrived at Customs to find that both Jodie & i had received 15secs back from the handicapper...Jodie to go off 6:45 and me 14:15...

Jodie ran a (7secs) PB to do 28:49 which was 50secs quicker than last week (guess she'll be back off 7:XX next week!), only her second sub 29:00 time...i, on the other hand, managed to knock off a mere second...

A 1 second PB... you are edging slowly towards 21 minutes!

Lol, every second counts! Does this new beepy thing cook your dinner too? When are they going to release one of those?
