gave myself a couple of minutes extra rest by getting to the start earlier than my past efforts...positioned myself at the back of the pack and we were away...aimed to jog/trot as long as i could once i hit the summit trail and managed to make it as far as part way up the concreted path inside the last 500m...managed to trot up the last part to the finish...was hoping to break 20mins so very surprised by the size of the PB...blister didn't cause any hassles either...
conditions were ideal for the run with a very slight drizzle and a new course record was set by stuart doyle (?)...
had a smaller rest than last time before heading back down to work as usual...
one day i hope to jog/trot ALL the way!
and in moving news, it's been confirmed that we will be moving over the Easter weekend...

Well done on the PB AR. Sounds like a steep climb that one !
congrats! sounds like a nightmare!
Always great to get a PB, and especially on that tough run.
Training must be doing you good.
Have you considered Mt Ainslie Run Up, as it is slightly shorter, with about the same climb.
