From scratch...

ran @ lunch...starting from scratch with some structure...testing out the 10k trainer app...will be doing three sessions a week

made my first grade debut for Barton at Harrison in a big win (164 runs) over Northside Legends with our skipper, Louis, scoring 151* and sharing a 200 run partnership with Brad (90)...
had dinner at the Civic Pub before heading home

it was pouring when I left work and there was quite a bit of flooding between here and Yass and then through Yass...I was about to negoiate a flood in our street when Tammie arrived on her way home and gave me a lift through it...great timing!
