Brisbane has the best public transport/sport set up I've experienced...we parked at Upper Mt Gravatt then caught the shuttle bus in...the Gabba station is across the road from the ground...
from a 'canes point of view we needed the Sixers to win and win they did...saw my first ground invader in quite awhile...he looked about 15 so I don't think his parents will be impressed despite the roar he got from the crowd...
had an easy day yesterday...did do a caching walk in the afternoon - 1hr33, 5.26k, 2/2 including avenging a DNF from just over a year ago...
played the first round of the Yahtzee championships - Tammie won with 1647 followed by me (1595), Debbie (1578) then Rachael (1359)...
this morning I ran on my 27th different parkrun course at Pallara, my 7th different course in QLD...it was quite humid after the overnight rain...this parkrun was cancelled last week due to heavy rain as they are not allowed to run on the grass under those conditions...

* there appears to be a timing issue as I have been credited with 25:48 instead of 26:25...I contacted them and they have moved my time to 26:22 to maintain my placing...a number of other times are out as well...
after soaking my legs in the pool, I took Harley for a walk again...
