golf was the first monthly medal (stroke) of the year and I had a pretty ordinary round although I did play 5 shots better on the back nine as opposed to the front...93, nett 81...back out to 13 next week...Tammie had 96, nett 78...

after the day had cooled I took the boys for a walk before dinner...

yesterday I was up early for my long run as we had to be at Queanbeyan for round 2 of the Brindabella Shield by 9am...I did the same route as last week...very pleasant running before the sun was fully up...

7 weeks to go until the ARF HM...

pennant wasn't so positive this week with the team losing 3/2 to Moss Vale...Tammie lost 4/3, she had to give 6 shots...

the morning's are definitely darker now as we head into the final month of daylight saving...the boys had a good walk this morning...

tonight's street O is at Lyneham so it should be reasonably flat although I'm sure the course setter will find any hills they can...
