New..

rode to my "new" gym from home...

the stats:
start temp/humidity: 1.9/89% (apparent temp same)
start time: 7:19am
total distance: 12.46
total time: 31:28 (includes 3:13 stopped time)
avg speed: 23.8kph
total calories: 303
avg HR*: 133

started a new program I'd created based on stuff I'd done with Flames...will still have 2 alternating days...

after the usual warm up:

  • seated row (3x10-12)
  • lat pulldowns (2x10-12)
  • horizontal leg press (3x10-12)
  • seated leg curl (2x12-15)
  • incline db bicep curl (3x10-12)
  • standing db hammer curl (3x10-12)

took a little longer than usual because I had to figure out where the relevant machines were...

will be riding to Kambah after work, might get a bit wet!
