started a new program I'd created based on stuff I'd done with Flames...will still have 2 alternating days...
after the usual warm up:
- seated row (3x10-12)
- lat pulldowns (2x10-12)
- horizontal leg press (3x10-12)
- seated leg curl (2x12-15)
- incline db bicep curl (3x10-12)
- standing db hammer curl (3x10-12)
took a little longer than usual because I had to figure out where the relevant machines were...
will be riding to Kambah after work, might get a bit wet!
