Mile27...

rode to the gym from home...

bit breezy but had my best run yet with the Northbourne Ave lights with only one stoppage...

Day 2 of new program again after the usual warm up:

  • incline db bench press (3x10-12)
  • push ups (2xmax)
  • db side raises (3x10-12)
  • db french press (2x10-12)
  • tricep extension (rope) (2x10-12)
  • running specific core exercises sourced from Mile27 (trasverse/frontal/saggital rotations - 2x15 in each position)
