Day 2 program (back/legs/biceps)...changes:
- db bench row (2x4-6) - weight increased, 20kg (2x6)
- late pulldown (2x6-8) - weight increased, 46.9kg (1x8) then 48.8kg (1x8)
an easy run at lunch, conditions were pleasantly warm...
