we beat ADFA at RMC...8.16-64 to 1.2-8...it was an ugly win when we needed a % boost...we also suffered a couple of injuries...
next week we play Belconnen in a game we need to win but we will be down several handy players...
afterwards did some cache maintenance for Suze...
last night was the Jets' Karaoke night...some people (Cookie for one!) should not be allowed near a microphone!...I suspect there were quite a few sore heads this morning...
today I did my first long run in a month (oops)...
