5 x 600m efforts with 300m jogs + 1 300m effort to finish

warm down: 1.45k (lap back to stairs)

total 8.58k in 64:56...starting temp/humidity: 6.5/62% (apparent temp 4.2)...avg HR: 135...

today

an easy day today...picked up some tickets for the Raiders/Broncos game on 5 August...picked up my mouth guard which I'd left at the ground last weekend...did some caching...bought some new footy boots...
