Day 1 (back/legs/biceps)...changes:
- db bench row - 17.5kg...1x6,1x9...weight will probably be increased next time
- lat pulldown - 45kg...1x8,1x10...weight will probably be increased next time
- db pullovers - 12.5kg...1x10,1x15...weight will probably be increased next time
- bb squats - 55kg...2x8,1x10
- single leg leg press - weight increased to 45kg...3x8 each leg, no rest
- Romanian deadift - weight increased to 45kg...2x10
- ezybar bicep curls - +7.5kg...1x10,1x15...weight will probably be increased next time
- single leg back extensions - added 5kg weight...2x10 each leg
spent a couple of hours or so caching in the afternoon, finding 10/10 including some cool ones on the slopes of Mt Majura...
footy training was held in much milder conditions than Monday...a mostly good session...we are due to play ANU on Saturday but there's some concern they may forfeit due to uni holidays...hopefully we'll find out either way before Saturday...
