Variously...

Monday

Day 1 of the program...changes:

  • managed 2x6 on the barbell bench press again
  • struggled with my first set of dumbbell bench press (5) but managed 7 in my second set...weird...
  • increased weight on dumbbell flys to 10kg (2x10)

footy training was held in bitterly cold conditions...for the first time the wind was howling through as well...

we did about an hour of power work in the top carpark and on the edge of the oval...10 stations of work where we variously pushed, pulled, swung, lifted, flipped, jumped, hopped, weaved and skipped...we finished with about 15mins of handballs and kicking in pairs...I would have liked more ballwork!

today

it was quite breezy (winds averaged 28 with gusts up to 50!) at lunch but most of the rain held off...it was hard work....
