Parkrun...

attended my first Parkrun...it was raining when I got up but had stopped to all but the lightest drizzle by the time I got to John Knight Memorial Park...

only 25 runners...Susan and Jill were there...

seeing as I hadn't raced for awhile I figured 25mins would be a good aim...just tried to run a steady pace...

after chatting to Jill for a bit, I headed off for an easy lap of Lake Ginninderra...7.5k with the diversions for construction work in place...

headed home for a shower and change then headed out to Town Park in Queanbeyan where Jodie was umpiring an U16 boys match between the Jets and St Eddies...was a tight contest in slippery conditions with the Jets winning by 1pt...

did some caching only Burra Rd in the afternoon...good fun despite the rain - 11 finds and 3 DNFs...

today

helped out at the golf club for a few hours - we were hosting two lots of women's pennant comps (Bruce Cup & Brindabella Shield) then didn't do much else for the rest of the day!
