today was a double run day...first run done too late, too close to the second session...I was quite sore and very cold by the end of the second session...

Rose Garden loop with 200m effort...options: 12 efforts on 2:30, 10 efforts on 3:00 or continuous...
I chose to do continuous running as usual...Andy, Andrew, Colin, Craig, Jen and Lucia did the 12 efforts while Caroline, Cookie, Neil and Susan did the 10 efforts...
I ended up finishing 12 efforts with time blown just after I'd finished the last effort...

My Garmin tells me I ran a lot further. Only because I left it running until 10pm.
