back to a cycle/gym day...my knee is still uncomfortable (only way to explain it!) but it's not stopping me doing anything...
no increase in weights for Day 1 of the program but I did manage a 2nd set of 6 for the barbell bench press (42.5kg)...only managed 5 last Friday...the trainer had me extend the last set on some exercises...
dumbbell flys (8kg) - 1x10, 1x15
dumbbell side raises (6kg) - 2x10, 1x11 (!)
ezybar french press (+10kg) - 2x6, 1x10
managed to avoid being rained on but I might give the ride home a miss if it doesn't stop!
footy training will be slippery as has been par for the course lately...
