Knee..

Monday

didn't ride which was just as well as I took a knock to the left knee in the first quarter and it wasn't happy when I jumped on the bike to warm up at the gym...

I still did the same weights/reps for my legs as it was Day 2 of the program, fortunately my knee seemed to cope OK although it was a bit sore...

footy training was a good session, everyone was really positive after the game and we've got some stuff we can work on for Saturday's grudge match agsaint Belconnen...we had our usual debrief before hitting the field...it was a good solid session...

I think we did a bit more running than usual last night - well, I'm using that excuse for today's run anyway...
