cycle/gym day...
weight supped for barbell bench press to 42.5kg...got 1x6 & 1x5...lowered the weights on the dumbbell bench press from 17.5kg to 15kg...got 2x8...
upped dummbell flys from 7kg to 8kg...side raises stayed the same as did the ezybar tricep press and cable tricep extension...
Saturday
long run done with footy on Sunday...
met up with Cookie at her place for a 6:30am departure...she was the tour director so I just followed her lead (except when my momentum took me past her downhills!)...a fun run if that makes sense!

next on the agenda was golf...monthly medal day (stroke)...had 89 off the stick, net 76, two over my handicap...just a couple of holes cost me a shot at the medal...
today
v Eastlake (last season's premiers) @ Amaroo...we lost 1.0-6 to 6.9-45...but it was a good game and I really enjoyed playing in the centre for the first time...hopefully I'll get to stay there as I had a lot more involvement in the game than the first two rounds...
