yesterday
arrived at the gym to do Day 2 of my program only to find out they'd misplaced my card...luckily I remember what I do for each day...
another big turnout at footy training...first 30mins was spent doing drills to "explode" of the mark...dragging sleds, sprinting with a parachute, ladder and kettle bell work...the rest of the session, for the midfielders anyway, was spent doing positioning work so no skills stuff at all...
our game is now at 10:45am and the GWS Giants are having their fan day at the same ground from 9:30am so we'll have a bigger crowd than usual...
today
easy run at lunch and it was my best post-marathon run so far...had a spring in my step and felt reasonably comfortable...another lovely autumn day in spite of the smoke drifting over the city...
