Oops...

Sunday

lost pennant two down after being three up at one stage...and the team lost 4-1....oops...

Monday

didn't ride - I think my legs need the extra rest after the weekend (my excuse anyway!)...

Day 1 of the program...increased weight on the dummbell flys to 9kg, did 2x10...also increased weight for the ezy bar french press to 12.5kg on the bar, did 3x6...only did 25 each side on the medicine ball (5kg) romans after doing 30 last time as my ribs were sore from footy...

a good turnout at training last night, maybe we should play in a different coloured uniform every week if that's the incentive people need...wasn't as cold as I thought it would be and it was a pretty good session...
