Day 2 of the program...

changes:
  • leg press: sneakily upped 5kg by Dylan...still managed 3x6 but my right knee was grumbling...I'll tell them to go back to 170kg on Monday...
  • bb squats: 3rd set = 12 reps instead of 8, weight will probably be upped Monday
  • leg curls: 3rd set = 15 reps instead of 10, weight will probably be upped Monday
  • db hammer curls: 2nd set = 13 reps instead of 10, weight will probably be upped Monday

only had a short footy training session (1hr) but it was sharp...numbers not as good as Monday...

made it home in time to watch the first State of Origin match...NSW are their own worst enemy!

today

easy run at lunch in light rain...otherwise it was quite still, making very pleasant conditions to run in...got a cheer from Maria O down near Lennox Gardens - she was on a small bus, presumably returning from some sort of school excursion...
