finally some breakthroughs:
- bb bench press - managed to get 6 reps in the 2nd set for the first time instead of only 4 (aiming for 2x6, now to maintain it)
- db bench press - managed to get 8 & 6 reps instead of 6 & 5 (aiming for 2x8)
- db flys - 15 reps in the 2nd set instead of 10, weight will go up next time
- tricep extension - 15 reps in the 2nd set instead of 10, weight will go up next time
- crunch pulses/bicyle obliques/5kg medicine ball romans (minimal break between each exercise by 2 sets) - up by 5 for each exercise (95/40 each side/35 each side)
hope the weather improves for tomorrow's long run and first round of comp golf in 4 weeks!
