Firsts...

Saturday

got up at 7:15am for my run, looked out the window and went back to bed...piker!

played my first comp round of golf in 4 weeks, the weather wasn't too bad but I had more clothes on than I normally do for a round of golf!...99 off the stick, net 86...not good!...did, however, have a birdie on the 10th...

had dinner at Hog's Breath and watched late session of the The Avengers at Dendy...

Sunday

v Riverina @ Amaroo...they were 3rd and we were 4th...in a tight match we beat them for the first time in our short (5 year) history) and also won 4 matches in a row for the first time...6.8-44 to 4.6-30...the team song was belted out with much gusto!

now we have two weekends off (bye then the long weekend) before we play Tuggeranong...

stayed and watched the Div 3 boys beat the previously undefeated ANU by 6 points...a good double for the Jets...

had an easy afternoon with a short burst of caching...

fired up the BBQ for dinner and then had an easy night...

Monday

Day 2 of the program..

changes:

  • bumped up the lat pulldowns by 2.5kg, did 2x8
  • kept the leg press at 175kg, hard worked but managed 3x6
  • bb squats bumped up by 5kg to 55kg (bar + weight), 3x8
  • leg curls bumped up by 5kg to 40kg, 2x10

relatively easy session at footy training...
