- barbell bench press - 1x6,1x5..last time 2x6 (time before 1x6,1x4)
- dumbbell bench press - 1x7,1x5...last time 1x8,1x6 (time before 1x6, 1x5)
- did same weight/reps for dumbbell flys, dumbbell side raises, ezy bar french press
- upped weight on tricep extensions - 90lbs...1x10,1x9 (aiming for 2x10)
- did same reps for crunch pulses/bicycle obliques/medicine ball romans
footy training was good even without high numbers...had a slight issue with my left ankle, slipping in the greasy conditions...didn't do the typical ankle roll but my foot slid forward into an awkward position...
today, the last day of autumn...
an easy run at lunch...no ankle movement issues, just some odd twinges...will have to keep an eye on it...that aside, it was a lovely day for a run again!
