gym, no cycling though (too slack)...Day 2, solid session, no change in weights/reps...
footy training after work...as is becoming the norm for Mondays, we had a game debrief before we actually got stuck into training...we've got a few things to work on as we looking to, realistically, win 3 out of our next 4 games to get back on track...

not particularly nice weather at lunch but at least I got to give my Brooks running vest (purchased in EnZed) a good test (it passed!)...
