I didn't run Tuesday morning because baseball was at 9:30am instead of the scheduled 1:30pm but I did go to gym after and then helped Suze with some heavy lifting as the house is on the market and open for inspection this weekend...
baseball was a bit disappointing - after Suze kept them in the game at 5-6 after five innings, the first relief pitcher gave up 8 runs and then 2 more were scored when the second relief pitcher (for the same innings!) came in...so with the score at 5-16, the ACT needed to score 2 runs to avoid the mercy rule and take it into the 7th and final innings but unfortunately they could only score one...very poor tactical decision by the coaches - why not use their second best pitcher??
yesterday it was back to work - I did the usual ride to gym/gym/ride to work - the trip to the gym is about 8mins shorter!...the ride home was about 5mins quicker...this is the last week of my 12 week package and I will be signing up for another 12 weeks...
the ACT went down 4-15 to NSW which is pretty good considering NSW had kept both Country NSW and QLD scoreless (and today walloped WA 32-0!)...
footy training was fun - we warmed up with the fellas before breaking off to do our own skills work...we have a bye this weekend so, disappointingly, there were only 10 players (+ 2 coaches) there...still it was a very good session...
I went for a run at lunch today, just a short one with speedygeese after work...I'm contemplating doing the 4:30pm run from next week...

together with the open house this weekend, I'm also helping out with the Jettettes fundraising for our end of season trip - we are delivering phonebooks to Amaroo, Ngunnawal and Palmerston...Saturday is going to be super busy...I suspect it will be a heavy duty interval session!
